Style With Staying Power – that’s our homes!

There is little doubt that Low Maintenance homes are gaining momentum across the Boise Valley. What was once considered a housing style reserved for retirees now appeals to all ages. With a sometimes [seemingly] endless list of work and obligations, it’s really not surprising that people are turning to a low maintenance lifestyle to carve out free time for themselves. And though the Urban Series models by Blackrock Homes have been around for nearly five years, there is an increasing appreciation for the thoughtfulness of these smartly-designed homes.

Style with Staying Power communicates in just four words the beauty of this housing design. This phrase represents a mountain of work by a full team of designers and planners to create a series of homes that perform well on all levels of aesthetics and efficiencies. Further, a simplistic buying process makes it easy to understand what is being offered for the purchase price. The designers took into account the most commonly requested interior finish items and included them in the standard specifications list, and added several Low Maintenance elements that would grow in appreciation for years to come. With the majority of the design team being long-time or native Idahoans, there was also a desire to create neighborhoods with lasting appeal. To that extent, the CCRs and Homeowners Associations are structured in a way to help preserve these beautiful neighborhoods.
